Great Thai Food Ever!. I was there about a week ago and I totally love this place. The restuarant is well design. The waitresses are friendly (one of them is super nice! too bad I didn't get her name) Food are amazing.

I'll recommend this place to my friends and co-worker and I'll be back there again with my family soon.

Have loved this place for years!. We have been coming to this place for years and it never disappoints us. I love the yellow vegetable curry or chicken curry and my husband loves the crispy duck. The appetizers are also amazing. Not only is it lovely to look at, this it is the best place in town for Thai food!

awesome food!. first, let me start by saying that i eat lots of thai food.... this place is hands down the best thai food i've had anywhere. all of the dishes have great meat quality and the sauces are perfection. the chicken prik king is to die for. the soups are really yummy too.

it terms of atmosphere, it's very nice and quiet so conducive to having conversations etc. it is definitely not trendy or hip... more elegant i guess.... but if you want REALLY good thai food, this is the place! :)

Rude service. Stay away.. Rude service. We had been here a couple of years ago and found the food fine (there's much better Thai food out there, but this place is close to home). This time, however, they wouldn't even seat us at 9:35pm, even though the door says 10:00pm is closing time. It seems that the kitchen closes early and 10:00pm means they want you out the door by then. They were unapologetic and unfriendly. There are too many restaurants to patronize this one.

the best thai in town. I have been going here since it opened. It has a nice ambience yet quiet. To date I have not found better. Less grease than most thai places. You MUST order the fresh spring rolls as an appetizer.. unbelievable. Great green curry as well and soups. They sometimes have a sashimi appetizer that is amazing as well... I always take my friends and family to this hidden gem.

Great atmosphere with great taste. I just love this restaurant especially Bangkok roll, you can not find any other Thai place has this. Love it!

A great westside find.. Not too many places in santa monica deliver good food. This is one of the few that does. Always tastes fresh and it's always delivered quickly. Love this place.

mediocre thai. If you are one of those that enjoy overpriced mediocre Thai food because you don't know any better, this is the place for you! Take it from a true Thai national, this place is not authentic, uses poor quality ingredients, and charges top prices. For a better bet, go to Cafe Talesai.

a sleeper hit. the food here is stellar. we cant figure out why its not booked solid every night of the week. an amazingly fresh take on thai food. service is excellent, the ambiance peaceful. you cant go wrong with bangkok west.
