Pizza the way it should be done...Fresh and lots of toppings. The salads are overflowing...as is the vino and beer.

If you're looking for NY style pizza Johnnies is far from it. I'm not sure what to make of their pizza. It's just decent pizza but it's not New York. If you want good NY style pizza and happen to find yourself in the valley around the Toluca Lake area, go up to Robano's and you'll get an authentic New York slice. Also, I found it extremely annoying that the waitress decided to add to the tip. Didn't discover it until I was reconciling my receipts with my statement. Johnnies, your food is okay but I'll look for somewhere else to eat while I'm on the Promenade.

Dr. Brown's is woefully absent from the menu. Go with an IBC cream soda or one of the three or four beers on tap.
