Love Their Service.... I live in NY and my boyfriend lives in Santa Monica, I used Farrah's a year ago and they were great..I use them everytime I send him flowers and their service is great, they deliver when they say they will and their flowers are beautiful....

Fresh Flowers with a smile. This is the best place to order flowers from in that their presentation is always nice and pretty and they deliver just about anywhere in Santa Monica & L.A.

Their roses and star gazers are consitently gorgeous along with a bountiful array of different hybrid blends like "Hot Lipstick" roses!

The service there always caters to the customer and is in a nice location (with plenty of parking on 11th st. in the back) in beautiful Santa Monica @ the corner of 11th & Wilshire.

There's always something arranged when your in there that's been made for customers short on time, but they don't mind making a masterpiece to fit the specific special occassion as he is a perfectionist when it comes to Floral Arrangements!

Best Flower Arrangements in Santa Monica. Wonderful flower arrangements and great service too, you can tell that Farrah's cares about the customer. A custom floral arrangement they did for me (roses and tulips) was the talk of the party. Highly satisfied and would highly recommend!

Fantastic family owned flower shop. I have had great experience with Farrah's Florist. They have gorgeous Ecuadorian roses, and always a great selection of colors. Their prices are pretty reasonable and they have created some gorgeous custom arrangements for me. They will also get in flowers on special order if they don't have what you want. I've used them regularly over the last few years and have never been disappointed. Every shop is going to have one or two disappointed customers so don't pay attention to the two that have written on this site! Farrah's is definitely worth a try!

Failed to deliver flowers for a FUNERAL!. I contacted Farrah's two weeks in advance to arrange for flowers for a family member's funeral. I checked in again three times just to be sure that everything was ok with the order. I was assured that the order would come through. I went to the shop the morning of the funeral and they had failed to get the order! Then, to make matters worse, they told me that I could go by 7-Eleven (since they always have flowers). Are you kidding me? I'm supposed to getting my funeral arrangement from 7-Eleven? The clerk didn't apologize or even bother to put down his cigarette.

This is beyond dissapointing. This is unprofessional, insensitive and rude.

I will never do business with this place again.

If you want quality flowers and good service (or any service), go ANYWHERE but here.

Their flowers die quickly. My girlfriend used to be a florist. I have twice purchased a dozen big, beautiful roses for her at Farrah's, a tiny, empty shop. They both died within a week even though they were taken care of properly. Sure, I didn't bring them back to get free replacement flowers, but now I must assume this supposedly uncommon problem happens because Farrah's just can't deliver good quality.
