Had a great experience. I went into the shop to get my girlfriend some flowers. not only did they deliver them last minute but my gf was very impressed. She loved them so much that she made me write a review and we now use the shop all the time

Best Service Amazing Selection. I had the most wonderful experience at the flower box. I had visited over 20 florists to do my wedding and Brenda (the owner) won me over with her personable demeanor and her amazing floral creations!

Their Floral Designs Are Outstanding. I've been buying flowers from the Flower Box for years, and I've never encountered anything but the most beautiful floral designs and professional, courteous service. I do know that every design is uniquely arranged and assembled with great care (from the hand-made earthen pot to the detailed touches, such as a raffia or silk bow), and sometimes that takes time. But to simply "forget" to deliver an order? That doesn't sound like the Flower Box I know and love.

Forgot to deliver my flowers!!!. I was supposed to receive flowers for my birthday on a Saturday. My work is literally ONE block from the shop, yet I never received them! My friend called me Monday morning to see how I liked the flowers only to find out that the were never delivered. When he called them, they said, 'oh we didn't make the delivery, we're making the bouquet now.' What kind of business is that? Not only did they not make the delivery, but he had to call them to find that out. On top of that, since I didn't work on Monday, I had to drive to Santa Monica to pick up my own flowers TWO days after my birthday! Terrible. They used the excuse that they had a new girl that forgot to do my order and four others on Saturday, but maybe from the previous review, that's just typical of their business practices. Completely unacceptable. Happy Birthday to me.

they dont deliver on time. I should have listened to the first review. It said they didnt deliver on time. I asked the girl at the shop on Friday when I ordered if my deliver would be done on Saturday. The delivery place was one and a half blocks fromthe flower shop. Well as the first review, they were never sent. On Monday when i called them, they said they had lost the order and that they would send it now. They wouldn't even give me an immediate discount for being late. My friend forgave me for missing her birthday but i would never forgive the flower box for screwing up such an easy to deliver order.

Screwed Up Twice. This florist cannot deliver flowers. They have failed to deliver my fiance's orders on two separate occassions, and even had their delivery person call on Valentine's to explain to the recipient that the flowers could possibly be delivered the next day but the location (2 miles from the shop) was simply too far for them to deliver flowers to by 5 p.m.
