like dollar burger, full meal, not bad pit, good portion, best hamburgers, pretty good pastrami, full pound
Quick-service eatery sates ravenous appetites with monster burgers, milk shakes and more fast-food fare..
In Short
Since opening its first diner in the 1940s, this restaurant has developed into one of the most popular West Coast franchises, claiming industry innovations such as the drive-through window, partial-service dining rooms and their iconic Six Dollar Burgers--a line of oversized, sit-down restaurant-style hamburgers with Angus patties. Other hearty options abound, including steak-and-egg breakfast burritos, crispy chicken sandwiches and chili cheese fries to supplement standbys like onion rings and shoestring potatoes.
Carl's Rocks!. Great burger and awesome atmosphere. I've eaten at Carl's for years and will continue eating there. Great job Carl!
$6 Burger puts the "EAT" in GREAT!. Angus Beef, crisp RED onion, a signature flavor others only wish they had. I like the new Jalapeno $6 Burger, a sandwich that tastes like no other. A spicy mayo of some sort, plenty of jalapeno slices, a spicy cheese, lots of lettuce and tomatoes and again, those crisp red onions. I couldn't have made a better burger myself! When I'm really hungry, and I have a craving that only Carl's knows how to satisfy, it's the $6 Jalapeno Burger. Hey Carl's, another homerun in my book. Keep it up. (you know that Pastrami $6 Burger was pretty good too, when's it coming back?)
CARL'S JR IN THIS REVIEW COME ON!. THIS IS A SAD DAY THAT SOMEONE THINKS CARL JR SHOULD BE IN THE BEST HAMBURGERS IN LA REVIEW. POOR FOOD GREASEY AND NOT WORTHY TO BE IN THE TOP 1000 IN LA NOT TO MENTION IN THIS REVIEW COLUMN
Fast food that is step up from McD's. Nothing special do not get your hopes up. For a good meal or even a good burger. The other people who wrote the reveiws must work there. This absolutly not my top ten burger in LA.
Burgers, Fries and a Coke. I like the Six Dollar Burger here. It's definitely a full meal.
Burger watch. For a fast food chain better than most. Franchise has put more effort into making a fast food burger more visually appealing and tasty. Served warm with plenty of napkins and good portion of fries. Not a bad pit stop.
THE BEST 6 or MORE $ Burger.
first there was In-n-Out ... the BEST "low-carb" burger (ask for it by nickname "Protein" ... but now the DOUBLE "Low-Carb" Six-Dollar burger at Carl's Jr. is da bomb ...
The Double is a FULL pound of burger ... enough for two ... (if you are not a down-lineman on some football team) ... it cost about $6 (5.95???) but TASTES as good as any Hamberger Hamlet creation ... and is HUGE ... ask for extra onions
