Fabulous customer service, no pressure sales, very reasonably priced, free parking!!. The fun, friendly and helpful staff answered every one of my questions without pushing me to buy a large expensive package (which really aren't even that expensive) And not only did they answer my questions but i actually got honest answers, a HUGE difference from the synthetic, rehearsed, commission-hungry answers i've heard from numerous other tanning salons.

Ive tanned at this salon MANY times and there is ALWAYS a place to sit in the waiting room (if you even have to wait) As far as the "unprofessional" atmosphere one person mentioned, the only people i have ever seen "hanging out" in the waiting room were actually other customers. Its actually part of this small salons charm. The friendly staff actually remembers you and everytime ive come into tan i've been warmly greeted and felt comfortable carrying a conversation with them. Its very easy to see how regular customers have actually become friends with the people who work there and will sit down and "hang out" a little before tanning. This comfortable friendly atmosphere is really what sets this salon apart from the rest. Its so nice to see a friendly, familiar face thats happy to see me every time i come in to tan.

my favorite salon in santa monica. Really great prices. Cute waiting area, but the wait is never long (if you walk-in they can almost always accommodate you right away!). I generally tan in UV beds, but I've stopped by for last-minute weekend Mystics and been in and out in 10 minutes! Staff is super friendly and always been very nice and helpful without pushing sales at me (like other salons I've been too). Free parking in the back is AWESOME. All in all very convenient, cute and comfortable salon-- almost makes me feel less guilty about indulging in paying for my tan!

nice salon but unprofessional staff. always a group of young kids hanging out in the waiting area. it seems the staff always invite their friends over after school to hang out there. they lounge in all of the chairs and talk about who is dating who and who likes who etc. i had to wait for a bed for about 10 minutes but was not able to sit because the chairs were all taken by the regular hang out crew with their feet up on the chairs lounging around. when i left one of the girls was facing the other way and put her hand up to wave and say thank you while her feet were up. ha so much for a professional staff. the first 2 times this happened to me there I just let it slide, but after going back at least 5 times and this occurring each time I have decided to switch salons.

the salon is cute and seems to be clean, but the staff is definitely unprofessional.

Great prices, nice people. Really cute neighborhood salon. No pushy sales. Very clean. Really fun waiting area with a great flat screen, music, good magazines. Even complimentary water!
