My only body shop in LA

Since 1992, Royalty has been my only body shop in greater Los Angeles.

After visiting and inspecting about a half dozen shops in west LA and Santa Monica, I settled on Royalty for their paint booths & air filtration systems. In the five times I’ve needed their work over the past two decades, I’ve never been disappointed with the quality.

Possibly their most fussy customer, I’m a fanatic over paint matching. If I did not know where my cars were hit, my concours-judging eyes could not find the repainted areas on my cars.

Fulton and I have an understanding – the work will be done to my satisfaction, and I will give his staff the time they need to do the job right.

Honesty and competence are the two qualities I value most in a business relationship. I get both from Royalty. For example, one time we had a disagreement over a piece of irreplaceable trim on one of my cars. I knew it was there before the accident and Fulton was confident it was not. Fulton pulled the insurer’s photographs of the car that showed the trim right where I said it was. He called me in to the shop to show that I was right. That gesture alone is worth my repeat business.

There probably are cheaper body shops and might be quicker body shops on the west side. But for quality uber alles, go with Royalty.

Highly recommended

Recommend to all who want a quality repair at a fair price.

Customer service was outstanding. They take the time to answer questions and explain the repair process.

They have worked on our Honda, Toyota and BMW for the past 15 years (we were originally referred to them by the Honda and Toyota dealers). We have always

been pleased with the professionalism and personal attention.

They took care of all the details on our insurance claim and kept costs under control without compromising the repair.

The best experience a body shop can bring!

If it is any testament to my satisfaction, I have created membership here just to write this review on Royalty's behalf. First of all, the estimate I obtained here was cheaper than that obtained at another recommended shop and new parts were used instead of the other's "reconditioning." The turnaround was quicker than that anticipated by the other shop and best of all, the employees are always available and especially friendly. They went above and beyond expectations, even sending me home with a free bottle of touch up paint. Royalty deserves your patronage and you deserve their service!

Overpriced, and you'll always get your car back much later than originally said

I don't recommend this place at all. I went there twice and the first time they gave me back my car a week later than originally said. And the second time, they gave me back my car three weeks later than promised. They don't communicate this information to you at all. And when you do call them expecting your car the next day. They tell you it won't be ready for another week. No reason why, no sorry, nothing. And they are extremely high in price, for not that great of work. I will never go back to this place again.
