All in all okay, but I've never before had to pay for a rental on a warranty repair before this. Other dealers give you a loaner for as long as it takes to fix your car, but this place will charge you extra when they take more time than expected and you go a few minutes over on the daily rental. Not good.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waited 45 minutes to check in for service despite making an appointment. They added 50% repair to estimate without checking the car. Tire pressure light issue not resolved. Employee mentioned that tire pressure light on is normal, related to hot weather. Have had 3 bad experience with W.I. Simonson so far and I won't go back anymore.

Entertaining. I felt that they had really great service at WI S. Mark is a real pro and quite entertaining. Fab car buying experience and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a beautiful Mercedes.

A Mercedes dealership that cares. I just purchased my third Mercedes and decided to buy from W.I. Simonson Mercedes Benz. The folks there just get it right--from the humongous selection of first quality automobiles, to the personal good old-fashioned salesmanship. Not only are they customer service oriented, they're honest brokers, totally unlike most luxury auto dealers in the metro that employ pushy salesman and staff; they're willing to meet your needs as the customer first. If you're in the market to purchase a new vehicle, make W.I. Simonson Mercedes Benz your first stop!

Excellent all-around experience. I have leased three cars through W.I. Simonson Mercedes-Benz and have referred a number of business colleagues and family members over the last eight years. My experience at every level has been superb, and I highly recommend the dealership.
