The Truth About Footsie!!. The HONEST reviews for FOOTSIE are on YELP under "FILTERED" section which ALL THE HONEST REVIEWS WERE PUT INTO. The owner/woman is abusive. She will put her middle finger up behind your back while you are not looking when you are in the store shopping. Strange I know. Most of the time she is on the phone & she will act like you are bothering her but if you don't buy anything she will say something smart or put her middle finger up or both. She will snap at you if you question the fit of anything. She will make you feel uncomfortable. She will tell you things fit when they don't & she will act like you are the crazy one. Then when you try to return item & say it's cutting into your skin which she told you iwould fit, she won't care. She talks about other peoples business & bad mouths others. Just ask around Montana Ave about her. She should not be a business owner. She treats people with no respect. She writes fake good reviews about her place with a fake name & fake photo b/c she knows her reputation is bad & her few friends throw in some for her. She is a fraud. Trust me. I highly suggest you don't give her any business. Maybe then she will learn she can't go around treating people like garbage & spewing her anger onto others. The people who wrote HONEST reviews on Yelp of which were all bad but were filtered, were not making up what they said & there are many. It was strange b/c I knew I would find many who always say, "they don't like writing bad reviews, but that it was the worst experience they ever had." That many people are not going to make up things. The owner will say the bad reviews are lies. If you ask around Montana Ave or in general, you will find out.

Footsie on Montana. vote no on this one! I like to support small businesses, especially on Montana - which is my neighborhood. But the woman who owns this store is extremely rude and disrespectful to her customers. And she won't exchange lingerie for a store credit - even if you return the next day with tags still on. There are other places with the same merchandising and a bigger selection which are more accomodating and deserve the business.

Best Bra Fitters. Great help and they know what they are doing. I have never had such an efficient and effective bra fitting experience.

Amazing Customer Service and Fitting Expertise!!. This shop has everything! After being referred by a friend, I doubtfully came in with a seemingly impossible problem. The sales girl then handed me what resembled chicken cutlets. When I gave her a quizzical and somewhat skeptical look, she smiled and lead me into a fitting room, where she would later change my life for the better! Not only did the silicone sticky cups resolve my original dress issue, but I was shocked to find out my real bra size. It's amazing what a difference the right bra size makes in clothing and it's so much more comfortable!! I am so appreciative to the wonderful girls at Footsie. Also, I checked out their sister store, Pink Lili, which is just a few stores up the block. What a beautiful little shop; reminiscent of the classic French lingerie boutique. Complete with an outdoor patio and trickling fountain, it feels more like a relaxing escape than a retail store. I was thoroughly impressed and can't wait to come back for that special something!

So when Oprah needed an L.A. outlet for her campaign to save American women from bad brassieres, backfat creases and too-small cup sizes, this was one of only two local outposts chosen for her platform. The usual high-end suspects are here to split the difference between pretty and sturdy for larger-chested women: Wacoal, Chantelle and the like in cup sizes up to I. Yes, as in the letter after "H"! Busty women aren't the only ones in need of wellmade bras, and the store's expert staff will customize this often difficult shopping experience for more modest sizes. Look for Wolford sheer hose and the best in body suit armor, in addition to always popular luxe loungewear.

Hits: Expertly trained and friendly staff, range of stock in size and make.

Misses: Parking on Montana can be a challenge, super-modest women may have trouble with dressing room attention.

Very informative and a great shopping experience!. I visited both Footsie and the Pink Lily (their sister store for swimwear and fun lingerie) today at about an hour to closing time on a Sunday afternoon - not a time you would normally expect to get great service - but these ladies really were exceptional. The custom fit, the selection and just general helpfulness was amazing! I am a long time Santa Monica resident and this is my first time to these stores and I have to say, once you go here, you will quickly forget Nordstroms, Bloomindales or any other department store experience shopping for a perfect fitting bra.

Great customer service. The owner was great. She custom fit me and was very personnable. Their selection is great and their "fashion" store Pink Lili several store fronts up has tons of pretty lingerie. After wearing the wrong sized bra for years, I'm glad I came across the ladies at Footsie!!
