I LOVE THIS PLACE!. I found myself getting offended when people are saying that the staff is rude and the food is bad. I LOVE this place! I go to eat dinner here at least once a week. They have a great selection of salads and great seasoned chicken. My favorite is the chinese chicken salad, mmmmMMMmmmm, beware, it is a big portion so I usually share. The staff has always been SUPER nice to me... probably because I'm SUPER nice to THEM. What I noticed about this area is, people are grumpy and MEAN. YOU'RE probably rude so that's why people are rude to YOU. Whenever they bring the food out to me, I always give them a few dollars as a tip. I find it very sad that people eat, then leave their plates there, and walk away... you should at least tip them $1.00.... those are just my thoughts. Also, it's very healthy!

VERY BAD - STAY AWAY!. I was very excited to go here for the first time after reading some of the old reviews. I ordered chicken and thought it was not so good and definitely not worth ever having again. I then decided to go back a second time to try something else and it was a mess.

First off, I do not know where the staff can get away with being so arrogant and rude. If the staff was the only problem, I'd be ok and would just move on. But unfortunately, the food was much MUCH poorer. I got a wrap this time with chicken. It was a JOKE! There was just a little bit of lettuce wrapped in a tortilla. I still do not think I saw any chicken. So, the meal was a huge dissapointment.

After that meal, I began talking to other people about this establishment and learned that the discontent is not just mine. I began hearing stories about illnesses after eating there, random creepy crawlies hidden in the lettuce, and many other big problems that people encountered with the staff and management.

I heard that back when they first opened they were supposed to be decent but now that they are popping up everywhere, quality and care has simply gone away. Typical story, restaurants expand to quickly and the rest is history. Too bad.

So, after my dissapointing times and the subsequent horror stories, I will stay away and strongly recommend you do too. There are so many other great, bug-free options that actually give you what you pay for.

Healthy Lunch, Rude Service. Great healthy lunch. Quick. However, the staff is quite rude. Get there early to avoid lines.

Not just for chicken lovers!. For quick, fresh, healthy cuisine at a great price, CCC can't be beat. I've never even had the chicken, but still I go back over and over again for the yummy sandwiches and wraps. You see, any of the salads and sandwiches can also be made vegetarian-friendly. The side potatoes and squash shouldn't be missed either.

Nothing special here. I'm a big fan of simple roasted chicken, so I was eager to try this place when a branch opened near my office. I was disappointed. The chicken was dry and stringy, and the sides had obviously been sitting in steam trays for hours. I'd rather go to Koo Koo Roo any day.

love the vegetarian wrap!. A great place to go get a quick lunch, but not somewhere I'd want to go to relax. It's loud and the fast-paced, but the vegetarian wrap is SO good (and I'm not even a vegetarian!). The salads are also very good and big enough to split or take some home for lunch the next day.

Best Salad Ever!. I haven't even tried the chicken because the salads are so damn good. I like the Cobb Salad. The pitachip croutons are the best!

Not as good as it used to be.... ...but still a great place to have a healthy meal. The cobb salad is my favorite and the wraps are very good, too. The service is always prompt and courteous. The Melrose location could use their own restroom though instead of sharing one with the laundromat next door.
