Tragic experience. I took some pieces of jewlery in to Arthur's to be repaired - including my wedding ring which needed 2 prongs to be fixed to secure the diamond. Last time I had this done it cost $36. Instead of dabbing some gold on the prongs to secure the diamond, he RESET my whole wedding ring! A completely DIFFERENT SETTING!! He never called to check if that was okay. And then he has the gaul to charge me $400 - and he re-set my WEDDING RING! I was so shocked and sad I walked out crying! Additionally, the other peices of jewlery were repaired VERY poorly. I should have gone to the BBB to report him. In fact...I think I will right now!

Great Jewelry Store. I have traveled across town to shop at Arthurs for many years and I have never been disappointed. His quality merchandise is unique and reasonably priced. His excellent repairs are always done in a timely manner. My husband passed away from Muscular Dystrophy and Arthur has been one of the most generous donors to our annual silent auction.

Wonderful Jewery Store. The owner, Art takes the time to meet the needs of all his customers. I enjoyed the selection of items in the store. He was friendly and very helpful .

Great Jewelry Store. The items in the store are lovely, sometimes one of a kind picked out by the owner, himself. His prices are great, and the jewelry i've bought there lasts for years. No repairs necessary, and I always receive compliments on the items i've bought there and worn. It's the best place on Montana to buy nice jewelry and probably the best in Santa Monica.

"No time" for small repairs.. I brought in two eatches for repair: one that required a small screw in the band and another that required a new pin for the band. I would have paid any reasonable fees, but we didn't even get to that. Arthus himself said, "I don't ahve time. Maybe someone else will do it for you." I wish I hadn't wasted MY time.
