I have tried this place a few times and each time something was wrong. One issue that consistently stayed wrong was the sales people. They are extremely pushy and rude. If you say no to a service that they are trying to push you then the guy completely flips turns rude. I understand that the guy must be on commission but this is no customer service! . They didn't deliver the service they promised me and when I complained manager was not helpful at all. I wouldn’t take my car there even it was for free...

Ive never been treated like this by any company ever... the people that ask you what you want done on your care are worst than the car sales men them self's. All I can say is if you live on the westside check out Marina Car wash.
Cons: the staff is ugly and mad... dont go there..... PLEASE
