Best Carwash On The West Side. My neighbor told me about bad reviews on yelp and city search re: wilshire west carwash.

We were shocked !

We both live around the corner from the carwash and wash our cars there regularly for more than 10 years.

Not once have we had a bad experiance.

It is uquestionably the best carwash on the west side.

There management & staff are professional and couteous!

THE RUDEST, DISGUSTING, EXPENSIVE PLACE!!!!!!. I went there to wash my car, There were a few Mexican guys around, who ignored me for 10 minutes finally they asked me to move my car into another lane after the LONG wait time, and quoted me 15.99 for a basic wash! I told them I was not going to move my car since I was in the lane and had been waiting, then they laughed and said ok suit yourself and ignored me again, like my time was NOT important. They even looked pist off that one more car had pulled up. I told them that I felt disrespected and wanted to see their boss. 20 minutes later a tall Mexican guy came and he was on defense right away, I tried to tell him what has happened and I realized he too was laughing and could careless. I am a female and I understand may be in Mexico the women do NOT talk back to men but come on, we are in USA. SO I told him so and he began to YELL at me saying go home, you don't need to talk about Mexico, hello GIANT IDIOT I too am from another country! Any ways I demanded the name of the owner, but instead he gave me the phone number of the place and said go leave and message and NOW LEAVE! and all his workers began to laugh!!!!!!! It was the MOST DISGUSTING experience ever and I will NEVER go back there again! It is EXPENSIVE and the STAFF is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!! Stay AWAY!

MANAGER LITERALLY YELLED AT ME!. THE CAR WASH MANAGER LITERALLY YELLED AT ME when I politely pointed out that the guy who up-sells every single car was is a little too pushy for comfort. (I didn't even mention that the guy is also incredibly rude, lies about what services you "need," and doesn't make eye contact or treat people with any respect). Manager's first reaction? HE WALKED AWAY FROM ME LIKE I WASN'T THERE. Second reaction (after I caught up)? HE YELLED AT ME. I'm not kidding. Read my full review on Yelp - it's amidst countless other reviews of how egregiously awful this business is! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Do not support such horrible service.

RUDE OWNER, once his employee stole my ITOUCH. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED AT THIS PLACE!!!! Things get stolen from your car. My ITOUCH was stolen from my car two sundays ago, and the owner says, " I can't do anything about it". The person who worked on you car says he didn't take it.... He is Bazaar.... Will NEVER go back, considering I have been a customer forever and live a block away!!

Pushy, rude employee - over priced!. I went here Sunday for the first time. Yes my car was dirty. Why else would I be going to a car wash? A rather pushy man greeted me and immediately asked me if I was in the movies. Seriously???? Can't you come up with something a little more original? Or maybe "how can I help you?" Long story short he gave me a total hard sell. I asked twice to see prices and he never showed them to me. After going on and on and on about how terrible the outside of my car was he tried to squeeze me for a $139 detail job I didn't want. I finally settled on a $60 hand wax - not the cheapest but not out of line for that service which I do get on a regular basis. When he wrote the ticket instead of saying "thank you" he brushed me off like a piece of trash. If I didn't need the car done so badly I would have suggested he file the receipt somewhere that normally does not see sunshine...I was in a hurry and I will say they got the car done in the 30 minutes I asked for but that was about the only positive thing. Outside was fair- still water spots and you could see some of the wax but not a total disaster. Inside not so much. They missed a lot of spots that needed a wipe down. So all in all I got a mediocre wax job for too much money and had to deal with a pushy hard sell employee who trys to make you feel like a jerk if you don't lay down for the most expensive service. PASS! I will not be returning.

Luxury Lathering. Just got my car washed and I am in a very good mood. I don't know why this place always puts me in such a good mood?! I think it's because of the kind staff or probably the fact that my car is spotless or MAYBE and most likely because of the massage chairs. Either way im one happy camper

Thieves; Horrible Service. I took my car to get washed on Dec. 23, 1010. I made two mistakes. First, I allowed the extraordinarily pushy attendant to convince me to pay $41 for a "detail" instead of the basic $18 wash I originally requested. When I got my car back it was basically still dirty. The so-called detail was just a $41 basic car wash done badly! Second, I left my ipod nano in the glove compartment. It was gone by the time the car was returned to me.

Not Thorough. After trying to up sell me on a $75 wax job we finally settled on the mid-priced wash. After they waved me down to get my car, there were water marks down the side from where they didn't bother to wipe the car down and the interior didn't even look like it had been vacuumed, let alone wiped down as I'd paid for. I got into the car and they had even skimped on the cheap air freshener.

Great Car Wash!!!!. I was looking for a car wash last Thursday and stumbled upon this one! The service was fast, my car looked great and took less than 30 minutes! I signed up for the unlimited car wash club and got a really good deal too.

If you're looking for a quick car wash, with good prices this is it!
