The Worst Dealership!.
Very bad customer service. Sales rep was very helpful, but that's about it. Once you get to the upper management level, just get up a leave. I've bought and leased many cars before, this experience was the worst.
If you do end up getting a car from them, make sure you calculate and check all the numbers during financing. They add thing that were not mentioned during the deal.
Don't waste your time; just go to another Honda dealership
Poor Customer Service. I was supposed to see a car on Tuesday and was asked to postpone till Thursday because of "car repairs" that had to be made. I made it very clear that i had a long drive to come see the car so I didn't want an appointment unless the car would be available. I was promised a 6:45pm appointment for Thursday to see the vehicle. We had constant correspondence and I was very impressed until I arrived at my appointment to find the car had sold that morning and no one bothered to call me. I made an 18 mile drive in traffic only to find out the car wasn't there. I guess they figured I'd come in and settle for something else. In my opinion this is horrible customer service, and even though I was ready to make a purchase at Honda, I left and went to a dealership down the street. I won't give my business to people who don't care.
LADIES BEWARE FRAUDULENT INSPECTIONS WHEN GOING TO THESE GUYS! My wife just came back from one where they said the brake fluid is dangerously low...IT WAS ALMOST TOPPED OFF! They evaluated the rear brakes had only 1.8 millimeters of pad left and wanted $160 to replace them. Upon visual expection THE PADS HAD AT LEAST FOUR TIMES THAT!
DO NOT GO THERE! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR FEAR!

He took the time to adequately explain all the details of this sale and "tolerated" the million and one questions that I had. My hats off the him and the others with whom I had interation.

He went out of the way to accommodate my financial needs. Tyron was an excellent salesman - thorough in showing the car and assisting in comparing the two cars I was interested in. He went out of the way to accommodate my financial needs - didn't try to talk me "up" - understand exactly my bottom line and assisted in working a deal well withing my budget - He's a gem! and monique in finance - agian friendly and also understood my budget and gave me A GREAT DEAL ! Come in quick and get one too!
