Wretched Place. These guys pretty much have a monopoly which stinks- they're always understaffed, unhelpful and 9 times out of 10 they're out of stock of whatever I need. Even on the website! It's much better to go downtown but it's usually not worth the 10 parking fee, hassle etc. they told me they wait for an item to go completely out of stock before reordering which takes around 3 weeks- fantastic!

I wish there was another national chain that would compete w/them
