Excellent service, Dr Kent is so friendly and knows exactly what she is doing. I love that the hospital is only for cats and I was very pleased with my experience and plan on going back again very soon.

I love the Westside Hospital for Cats. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Dr. Santos and the rest of the staff at the Westside Hospital for Cats. Our had to have surgery on his bladder after he suffered a blockage. We were so nervous about the procedure and the recovery. Dr. Santos was knowledgeable, kind, and patient that we immediately knew we had made the right decision in choosing her and this facility for our cat. Our cats spent about 4 days in the hospital after the surgery. In that time we called constantly for updates and visited often. The staff always made us feel welcome. They were great with detailed updates and reassuring us that all was well. Our little guy is doing very well now, thanks to Dr. Santos and the Westside Hospital for Cats. I love that they only see cats. The facility is so clean and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone who loves their cat and wants the best for them!

Very Costly. Boy does she charge a lot. Check around first. You can get similar service for a lot less anywhere

Fantastic experience!. Our kitten we adopted from an LA animal shelter had been very sick when we adopted her and after getting treatment she is doing great and we are so happy!Highy recommended!

the ONLY vet in town. I have a lot of cats, no one touches them except Dr. Elyse Kent at Westside Hospital For Cats. Because of her a young cat of mine, diagnosed with a virulent cancer, lived 4 more quality years. The cat I first came to her with lived to 21, her younger sister to 20. Dr. Kent knows things that ordinary vets have never even heard of, and can put them into practice. Her skills are great, but it is her intellectual curiosity which makes her exceptional. No "cookbook medicine" here.

I have been involved with several rescue groups and ALWAYS recommend Dr, Kent to adoptive parents. If they already have a vet I tell them to keep Dr. Kent's card in case they ever need a consult, since she is the best diagnostician I've ever encountered.

Do your cats a favor and bring them to see Elyse Kent, the only Board Certified Feline Practitioner around (there are not that many world wide, we're lucky to have her here!) My kids have been patients for 16+ years.

Top-Notch Care. We have been clients of Dr. Kent and the Westside Hospital for Cats for nearly 20 years. We can't imagine using any other vet. Out cats have always received top-notch treatment from people who care very deeply about cats. Everyone is warm and friendly, but still very professional. At those sad times when we have had to say goodbye to a beloved cat, the doctors and staff have been very compassionate and supportive. We do not hesitate at all in recommending Westside Hospital for Cats.

Level of care is second to none!!. Westside Hospital for Cats provides the finest pet care in the city. They give each patient extra attentionand you never feel that you are being rushed through your appointment , the level of care is second to none. The hospital itself is state of the art, the boarding facilities are stupendous. Dr. Kent saved one of my cats when others couldn't even find the problem. I have been going to Dr. Kent and Westside Hospital for Cats for 22 years and if that kind of long-term devotion doesn't tell you something I don't know what will!!

THE BEST CAT VET!!!. Yofe and Simcha have been a part of my life for the last 17 years. They are my children. Up until a year and a half ago, I still considered them kittens. They remained healthy and active for geriatric cats. Dr. Kent has taken such good care of them for me. As an RN for over 30 years, my critical care skills have allowed me to notice slight changes in their health. Dr. Kent always responds immediately! I love that she always calls me about their condition. She respects my decisions about their care and she is always honest. I would never go to another Vet, for 17 years she has been there for them! My friends also go to Westside Hospital for Cats because they simply are the best!!!!!! I would like to thank you Dr. Kent for being the BEST CAT VET and taking such incredibly great care of Yofe and Simcha!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot recommend the hospital highly enough!. The Westside Hospital for Cats has served as the exclusive care provider for my cats for over 10 years. In that time, Doctor Kent and her marvelous staff have provided the highest level of care, from routine examinations to major surgeries. In addition to their professionalism and scrupulous attention to the latest advances in feline care, the entire hospital staff continually demonstrates genuine sensitivity toward both the cats they treat and their owners. I am always confident that my cats are receiving the very best treatment available and I cannot recommend the hospital highly enough. I feel truly fortunate to be able to bring the cats that provide me with so much love and affection to a place where they receive the same. Thanks to you Doctor Kent and to all of your wonderful staff.

AVOID!!!. I agree with most of the reviews of this place. Dr. Kent has been rude many times. She is always busy (i.e in her office) and IF she ever does return her phone calls she does sound annoyed and whenever she doesn't feel like getting involved she simply avoids her patients. At first i thought she was really nice but i went in again and all the things i didn't expect would happen did.I think the receptionists are scared of her and i guess who wouldnt. I wouldnt take my cat back there again. They are ridiculously overpriced and sometimes the doctor just checks the cats for 5 minutes and she charges over a 100!! ridiculous.its amazing how she says she loves cats and blah blah blah when i couldn't see any of that.how sad.
