Best Dealership I've Ever Been To. Best Prices, Honest Salesmen, Great Staff, Great Cars.

I just bought a gorgeous certified 2005 Acura TL, and my experience at this dealership was great. From doing my research, the cars at Acura Santa Monica are the most affordable I've seen in terms of used car dealerships like Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Acura, etc. The service was impeccable! My husband and I actually worked with two really great salesmen by the names of Michael Maross and Amir, and both were very honest about the cars and made the application and purchasing process a very smooth process. I definitely recommend either salemen if you come to this dealership (they were even there to answer questions after the transaction was finished, which is rare).

All and all, my husband and I had a really great experience with Santa Monica Acura, and will definitely come here for maintenance, but also for the next time we purchase a new car.

All I can say I WOW!

I know it sounds weird but, Santa Monica Acura has made me a believer in car salesmanship.

The service at Santa Monica Acura was what I have been looking for.

For month's I was searching and by accident ended up on this dealerships lot. Just like their TV commercial say's "They've got me for LIFE!"

I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. The knowledge and service is very good.

BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a "new" sports car here that had in fact sustained front end damage as well as engine damage before it was fixed up with replacement parts and put on the new car lot. I only found out when I decided to sell and had it inspected by a major appraiser near the airport, who showed me all the tell-tale signs. The car was worth about $8,000 less than it would have been without prior damage.

When I went back to this dealership and confronted the branch manager Alex, from whom I had bought the car just a year earlier, he admitted to knowing about the damage and basically said, "It was a legitimate deal, but I guess I should have told you." Which leads me to believe HE DOES THIS ALL THE TIME! Unfortunately, the government agency that is supposed to protect consumers also considers a car with a certain percentage of replacement parts "new". I'd suggest AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP, but in general, getting history on the VIN # even if it's listed as new AND if possible, having it inspected by an appraiser because If no accident report was filed, it won't be in the VIN #s history.
