Their service department can get busy so it is best to call for an appointment but generally they do the work they intend to do and have the car ready on time. I got my 745i there and probably will give them my future business as well.
very professional. Alfredo is very professional, and provided excellent follow-up and attention to detail. I live in the Chicago area so the car was transported to my home here. However, Alfredo has been very available via telephone to answer any questions that I have had. Even though this was a transaction from a remote location, and the paperwork was explained over the phone because of distance, it was explained very clearly. Alfredo's follow-up has been exceptional.
