Great service (ask for Paul!), awesome selection

We had been looking around for months for quality outdoor furniture that wouldn't break our bank. Thanks to great service, we finally found it at Berk's. The furniture isn't cheap, but quality and value are great.

Paul was an amazing sales person and seemed to know what we wanted better than we did! He showed us several things in our price range and gave great recommendations on what he thought would be best, considering durability, style, price, etc. He never tried to upsell us and we ended up with exactly what we'd been looking for.

Highly recommended.

Superior Service

I'm hesitant about buying anything new in this economy, however it was time to replace old outdated patio furniture. The moment I walked in I was greeted by STEVE. He was not only attentive, but unthreatening. I don't really care for sales people, but Steve was different. He patiently answered all of my questions and believe me I had a lot. There is no doubt in my mind that he knew his furniture. If you're looking to buy furniture go to BERKS in Santa Monica and ask for Steve. I've already let my friends know.

AMAZING SERVICE

My husband bought me a beautiful, very large white Tucci umbrella and a Tucci hammock from PAUL BROWN at BERKS's for Mother's Day. When we later had problems with the hammock, Paul went out of his way to work with the manufacturer. (The hammock faded a lot, something that the warranty does not cover.) He managed to get us another one (with the caveat that it too would fade) outside of the warranty, which is far beyond anything we could ask for.

If we ever need more outdoor furnishings, we will definitely see Paul. He has a great sense of humor (as do the other sales people), and he really takes care of his customers.

• Cons: Expensive, very high quality..you get what you pay for.
