Fixed Vacuum Like New, Good Customer Service. Very good experience. My vacuum needed a new belt. I took it to Gregory's (next to Bistro Santa Monica, a nail shop and a Thai restaurant on the north side of the street). The attendant checked it out and called me to tell me how much the repairs would cost ($49.95). It was ready in a few days, and he called to let me know. He had also fixed the loose handle and cord holder. Used it as soon as I got home and it worked like new! Closes at 5:30 on weekdays, so challenging to get there after work, although they are open on Saturday. I would definitely use this business again.
