Best Plumber in Santa Monica. Val Ramos Plumbing has been doing jobs for my family for a long time. Last week when my water heater broke I called them first thing in the morning and they sent someone withing 2 hours. The man who came to fix it was friendly and fixed the problem really fast. I don't know about the other bad review but we've always called Val Ramos and been extremely happy with them.

Don't Wast YOur Time!. These guys are horrible just like google says!

I called and asked them about the bad reviews and they said it was one disgruntled customer and that she was ridiculous. Yeah right! Igave them the benefit of the doubt and hired them to come out to my place north of montana santa monica between 12-2. my wife waited and no one showed up! so when i called to ask what happened they gave my an attitude and horrible customer service. I think they take their good rep for granted . Not worth the trouble or time. Rude and Jerks!

Good old fashion company. but you have to know the owner to understand. This man has been in business for years, it's a family owned company, great service, great pricing, always dependable, never had an issue. The one review I read sounds like a bitter person trying to be spiteful, review the service and product, not the tone a person has on the phone. Just my take. I'd recommend a million times over!

BEWARE THESE GUYS!!!. I've used these guys since 2001 and they have always charged appropriately, but they must be in financial trouble because they're gauging me for a job. They moved 3' of a gas line for a firepit over one foot, capped off a cleanout and put a new one in the same line 1' away (this area was exposed, no digging required). The bill? $1095!! $875 for labor (2 guys 8 hours, but should have been 1 guy, max 4 hours), and $220 for parts (ex. of markup: $8.50 for 1/2 x 6" galv. pipe that sells at Home Depot for $1.69). Spoke about this to Val Ramos, who is nastiness itself. Repeatedly told me that I'm not a plumber and don't know what I'm talking about. However, I am an architect and have worked for years with plumbers and have done my share of the work. Unfortunately, Val Ramos Plumbing Inc. is a shadow of the company it used to be. Save yourself and find someone-ANYONE else.
