My experience with Micheal at Santa Monica Motor Cars was excellent, the customer service is outstanding. I contacted Micheal about a vehicle I saw advertised on Car gurus. I drove up from HB and the car was exactly as described. I also took the car to Toyota before I purchased it and Micheal was kind enough to drop it off and pick it up for me! The car turned out to be perfect and its just what I was looking for. Micheal went above and beyond by delivering the car to me and signing the papers in my apartment. (I have a 10 week old hence the reason for the new car) This was really a great experience as the price was right and I feel like I can call them for any reason and expect to be treated with the same courtesy and respect that they have continued to show me throughout the car buying process. btw did I mention I am a female and never once felt overlooked or not taken seriously. Micheal dealt with me like a serious buyer and did not pay more attention to the gentleman I brought with me. For a woman at a car lot this is a big deal!! I would recommend Santa Monica Motor Cars to anyone interested in buying a car! Good luck and I hope they have what your looking for!!! Seriously A Great Car Buying Experience!!

very high quality luxury cars at a great price!. I had a very good experience buying a pre-owned car from Michael. He really worked with my budget and did not pressure me to get into something I did not want. He was honest, friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and all of their quality cars pass a 32 point inspection, come with a CarFax report. He deals in luxury brands with low mileage. I will definitely go back when we want to upgrade another one of our family vehicles. Thanks Michael.

It was easy and a great experience. Me and my husband were really happy with our BMW 750 purchase..! They got us financed and in the vehicle that we always wanted.
