AWESOME Breakfast Burrito!. This place has been remodeled and serves a totally different type of food than it did a few months ago. Terrific breakfast place! Try their applewood sausage, waffles, and omelettes. I've already become a regular, as most of their clientele are. Looks like a dive from outside, but that's ok because it's keeping the Santa Monica rif-raf out:)

Cheap and good. If these are your requirements for a "regular" breakfast place--they're mine--then Ocean Park Cafe may be the place for you. It's tiny, and it's definitely a "greasy spoon" type of diner/coffee shop. Still, the food has creative touches as well as traditional favorites. I loved the pecan pancakes, and will be back for a return visit.

BEST BREAKFAST IN SANTA MONICA. GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE. GREAT CHICKEN SAUSAGES MADE FRESH THAT DAY. THE BEST FOOD. SANTA MONICA'S SECRET. NOT VERY WELL KNOWN BUT ON SUNDAY MORNINGS YOU'RE SURE TO WAIT OUTSIDE FOR A FEW MINUTES WITH YOUR COFFE. BETTER THAN MAXWELL'S OR ANY OTHER BREAKFAST JOINT. GOOD PRICES. SEEN COURTNEY COX THERE MANY TIMES.

Best French toast in town. This place has french toast about 6 inches. thick made with cinammon and walnuts. Also, the omelettes are awesome. My favorites are the Ole and the Santa Monica. Overall the food is great and its not to greasy, like a lot of other breakfast joints.
