unique and gorgeous flowers, very, very nice staff.. the first reviewer is a bit unfair since he/she can't really rate the flowers, just the service and there are any number of factors that go into a missing return phone call. If he/she had called more than once and had the same experience, then I would definitely want to know that--but for me, the service and fleurs du jour is why i keep coming back. the staff is very friendly, down to earth, no attitude at all, and they have been helpful every time i am at a loss for the type of flower arrangement i want to send. unfailingly, the flowers are always gorgeous, always unique and distinctive. you could pay much much more for flowers and still not get arrangements as beautiful as these.

Didn't call back.. I called up this place to ask if they can provide flowers for an event. They took my number but never called back. I'm not sure how they are with their flowers, but as far as phone service, their not calling back was a red flag to me right away.
