In Short
This noodle joint occupies one nook in a large shopping complex, but the environment is more colorful than your average mini-mall. The menu allows diners to match all manner of meats and vegetables with wonton dumplings, ramen-style spaghetti and luscious handmade noodles (think fettuccine with a more substantial texture). Dumplings are thin sheaths stuffed with meat or fish, then pan-fried or boiled.

There is nothing that can surpass the majesty of the handmade spicy noodle. It's the perfect comfort food. Also, don't mind the lady who yells "no rice here" when you walk in, she's actually pretty friendly.
