thanks much!. After dealing with the rental myself for years it was time to hand it over to a professional. They immediately re-assessed the rental value about 20 percent higher and with paint and a few repairs we were able to get a great long term tenant. So far I am nothing less than impressed with Powley Properties!

good experience. The experience I had in the last 4 years was a positive one. I cleaned well on the way out and even got my deposit back. I enjoyed the place and would call getting my deposit, a win-win situation.
