I have been renting out one of my houses here in California for some time now and have been through a few property managers along the way. I am blessed to have come across such talented and friendly people, Powley Properties is far superior to all the others. They always have my rental occupied and are very courteous to both myself and the tenants. I am thrilled to have found such a great property manager, look forward to many years ahead with this company.

The staff at Powley are very competent with my property and I'm very pleased with them. Thanks to them, every unit is rented and space between tenants is minimal.

After another company wasn't doing their job with my rental property I hired Powley to take over. They have been better in every way. It's clear they know how to do their jobs and I have been very satisfied with all aspects of their service.

My credit isn't very good so I was nervous about applying for an apartment. They helped me feel less embarrassed about it so I was comfortable filling out an application. They agreed to rent to me if I would pay a little more than usual on my deposit and that is a small price to pay to be able to rent worry free!

My husband and I are long time renters and have lived in two of Powley's properties. We've dealt with a lot of mangers over the years and have found Powley Properties to be above the rest.
