The Scene
The treatment area's elegant decor--fountains, warm candlelight, wicker furniture--immediately instills a sense of peace. Golden hues inspire calm and prepare patrons for serious pampering. The immaculate locker room offers a plethora of amenities, from razors to hair products. In addition to cushy robes, the spa offers disposable panties and terry gowns to wear beneath robes for the modest.
The Service
The Napa Valley Escape delivers one-and-a-half hours of opulence: First, you're exfoliated with mud-like mixture containing grapeseed extract, then "baked" in a thermal wrap; a scalp massage leads into 20 minutes of cocooned quiet, followed by a relaxing bath in a whirlpool tub tinted pink from rose oil. Afterward, a 30-minute massage is expertly rendered by gentle, but firm hands. During the Visibly Smoother Facial, the esthetician constantly monitors comfort, massaging hands and feet and quietly talking you through the light peel and cleansing. Skin glows, if only for a day.

I LOVE DuBunne!! They have the best treatments and the nicest therapists! There is no snobby attitudes, unlike other spas in the South Bay. The Ultimate Facial is the BEST!! A wonderful head to toe treatment!!

My wife gave me a gift certificate to DuBunne and I was quite hesitant at first. I have never been to a spa before and have always thought it to be just for women.I have a very stressful job and she wanted me to relax. Much to my surprise I felt comfortable immediately after entering the spa. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I arrived quite some time after my appointment was scheduled to start, the staff was very attentive to my needs and were accomodating to my tardiness. I was able to have my full treatment and it was a great massage I was also pleased to see that they have taken "extra" steps to make male clients feel comfortable. They have a male only waiting room with lazy boy chairs and a big screen TV with live sports. This truly was a relaxing experience and I will be back to DuBunne.
