beautiful particular ihop, friendly staff, slow meals, loves steak, loves daughter, affordable prices
Breakfast served all day and pancakes served a variety of ways are the hallmarks of this diner-style restaurant..
In Short
The first International House of Pancakes opened in a suburb of Los Angeles in 1958 serving a menu of hearty breakfast favorites. Today the restaurant still serves its signature dishes like the original buttermilk pancakes and pigs in blankets: sausage links wrapped in hotcakes. Other breakfast items include waffles, omelets, French toast and crepes. Non-breakfast offerings include sandwiches, burgers, entree-sized salads, and dinners like T-bone steak, pot roast and herb-roasted chicken.
Nice, clean, delicious. I enjoy taking my family out for dinner at IHOP because I can feed everyone healthy food at affordable prices. This particular IHOP is beautiful, new, clean, and the staff is friendly. It's incredibly busy during the weekend but during the week it's perfect. My daughter loves getting breakfast for dinner and my husband loves the steak. These are the meals that make memories...
Poor Custome Service.
We have been coming here for the past couple of years and have seen the level of customer service get poorer and poorer. Some of the staff are clearly overwhelmed by the number of customers. Understaffed maybe? Meals are slow to arrive, staff have to be reminded to provide refills for drinks and extras.
A couple of weeks ago, we ordered fish and chips only to discover that the fish inside the batter was raw. We sent the order back TWICE because it was obvious that the battered fish was frozen and not defrosted before being cooked. On the third attempt, the fish was fine. The server could not have been more apologetic.
This branch needs to pull itself up by the bootstraps.
