If the latest pop diva wore it on MTV, it'll be here, but at a fraction of the cost. Find jeans and minis, sweaters and faux fur wraps, underwear, sweats and more. The stores feature lots of bright colors, sparkles and markdowns. The prices are astoundingly low--it's possible to get an entire outfit for less than the price of a Calvin Klein T-shirt.

Tight squeeze. This was my first encounter with F-21--and I was not impressed. The store is too small for so much merch--it can be a real mess after the place gets stormed by mallrats and teeny boppers.

And then I went to the F21 at the Beverly Center and the rumors of the clothes being made in sweatshops were all but forgotten when I saw this F21 mecca. Its huge--you could really get lost in there.

But all in all, they have some good stuff for girls on a budget. Just make sure you try everything on b4 you buy since a lot of the stitching and fitting is poorly done. Good place to buy trendy clothes by the season or for use-abuse-then-lose accessories.
