Negligent. The worst experience. We hired these guys to install hard wood floors in our house and the job was completely botched. Worse, they refused to accept any responsibility for it. It will cost us thousands to fix the damage caused to our house by Banner Carpets Torrance. A must to avoid - be warned.

Good selection, good prices, good customer service. We have used Banner Carpets for our church and school. They give good service and have a good selection. Their prices are very good. They use good installers. I would recommend them highly.
