SCAM!!!

Firstly they lost one of my W-2s resulting in a misfiling that resulted in a huge penalty and secondly they offered no apology. Secondly poor tax advice from their lead preparer causes me to have a 800 dollar penalty in late fees even though I consulted with him at the beginning of the tax year. I asked him point blank if I should pay the tax in my state of residency because I was working out of state in a state without income tax. When I complained about it these rotten people acted like they could care less. I then called the owner directly.. what a slimy unconscionable creature that thing is... he was nice and polite and told me to take my business elsewhere.

I hope someone reads this and takes it to heart.. I used them for three years and ended up with almost 2000 dollars in fines
