Let your hair down in Tokyotown!. It was the second time I went to this little gem of a hair salon that is Du Japon Hair Club in Little Tokyo that I found my current hairstylist, Sayo Yamamoto. I was a walk-in and Sayo was the one available.

She establishes rapport effortlessly and keeps you at-ease all the time with her no-nonsense conversational skills. She?s open to suggestions and generous in recommendations as to which hair style and color will match your skin and face.

She has very skillful hands in cutting and shampooing, and her fingers seem to be dancing on a rhythm all their own. She has given me three different hairstyles already and all of it delivered.

Before all this, I only used to hear and read about people finding the hairstylist of their lives. That lazy late afternoon in Little Tokyo, I found mine.
