Terrible. Young lady who works in the afternoon today was extremely rude. She didn't put whipped cream on the drink and even after I showed her the side of the cup labeled with "WC" and opened the lid to show her, she adamantly argued with me that she had put it in. There was not a hint of whipped cream to be found. I threw the drink away and left. Just TERRIBLE.
