I went to the YMCA in San Mo and it can't compare to this one. The remodeling was a pain, but it was worth it. I mean, we even have rock climbing! I really took this Y for granted, now that I go to the San Mo Y--the Torrance Y is organized, clean, and there are tons of helpful staff. They also have a lot of senior citizen, kid AND teen programs--wish they had that when I was growing up.
Pros: staff, clean and organized, rock wall
Cons: that snack bar could have more healthy options, could be open later
