All Makes Vacuums & Sewing Service. I ordered a vacuum part from Western Kirby (All Makes..). Two weeks later I emailed to ask when they had sent the part to me, I received NO response. Two weeks after that, I got someone on the phone, and they still hadn't sent the part. This part cost $8,and they had an added shipping charge of over $15 I ended up canceling my order, and found the part for the same price with free shipping.

Online Purchase Still Pending.... Very good website and initial communications. Shipping a bit high though. 5/20/11

A check with the "warehouse" has resulted in a tracking number -no package recieved by UPS for tracking - 6/4/11

Still awaiting follow up.., Carl ?? 6/13/11
