CBE has no clue about customer service.

Don't call this company if you want a dependable, responsible company for roof work. I had called to get an estimate on a repair, made an appt, and expected them to show up. Thirty minutes after they didn't show up, I called the office only to find that they had cancelled the appointment on their books. No one bothered to tell me this AFTER I took a day off to wait for them. Someone had driven by my house, looked at it and decided that CBE wasn't interested in the job. Hello: could someone have called me?? The person showed no remorse for their lack of customer service. Save yourself the trouble and do not call CBE. They will waste your time.
