In Short – A picturesque old-school diner, this vibrant restaurant invites customers with red leather booths, checkered floors and a '50s style juke box. Every Tuesday all kids under 12 get one free meal from the kids menu when accompanied by an adult. There are also breakfast specials every morning until 11am and a different dinner special each night.

Tasteless

I agree with one of the reviews: for the location it is in (Uptown Whittier), it should be the place to eat! The restaurant itself is great, interior and theme-wise; the food selection is basic but good since mostly kids and teens come to this place but the food itself is in bad shape...I have come here three times and each time I am disappointed...I have ordered an open sandwich, spaghetti and a chili burger...I dont think I will come here again...maybe just for the desserts, you can never go wrong with desserts....

Very low for Diner

Was very dissapointed in the food, they really need to reconsider where they buy there fruits and vegetables. I would also consider buying their Orange Juice somewhere else. Location Location Location, based on there location they should be the place to eat, I highly recomend a change or upgrading there menu.

  • Cons: The food, more specifically the fruits and vegetables are the worst.

Really bad food. Expected more from nicely decorated, cola themed restaurant. Coke beverage was also dissapointing. Very flat in taste. Orange juice was extremely bitter. In all, restaurant was below average. Bathrooms need remodelling too. Grade: D+
