In Short – Dubbed "home of the live wood fire," this small family restaurant chain was started in 1940 in the city of Lynwood. Families, groups and hungry locals dine amid the dark wood benches and occasional bits of sawdust on the floor. The meaty menu includes entrees such as steak, chicken, and slabs of ribs slathered in a thick, rich sauce. There are also sandwiches, shrimp dishes, spaghetti and a handful of sides like baked potato and sweet barbecue beans.

My friends and I go eat there all the time, we love the ribs and steaks especially service, The waitresses are down home that treat you like family, Also like one of the waitesses also tells us,"sit back and watch the show" "and enjoy your dinner or lunch"If you want fast and great service with a flirtacious smile and the best customer service just look for the small framed waitress with the dimples . All the waitresses are great.Try it out for yourself.

My boyfriend and I eat there every Friday night. The Steaks are very tasty (eat with garlic bread), huge portions, cost less than $20. The waitresses are very nice and friendly. The atmosphere feels like you are in Texas. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!
