Nice ambiance, Great service, Subpar food.. This place had such a great atmosphere and awesome service. But I was really disappointed by the food. I’ve got better garlic bread at the grocery store, If I had my eyes closed I could not tell the difference between the Calamari rings and Onion rings. The Minestrone was a plain vegetable soup, no Pasta!, and the lasagna instead of the classic baked layered “cake” was more of a sloppy noodles cheese and sauce that had to be served in a bowl and tasted little better then something you’d get out of the freezer. I did enjoy the complementary cream puff at the end. I would love to return but not until the food improves greatly!

Awesome Vibe. Pretty good italian place, friendly staff. They make u feel welcome and overall an inviting place.

some of the best around. This place has a very layed back warm and inviting atmosphere where the service is superb, the food is especially delicious, I love their lasagna which is huge, sandwiches are great and cheesy.

great family restaurant. Salvatore's is one of the best family owned restaurants in Montebello. Not only are the people polite, but the food is actually pretty good. It does tend to get crowded in the evenings, but is usually empty during the day. If you're looking for a good meal in a cozy restaurant you should definitely consider dining here.

Ragu from a CAN? Maybe.... The food is not good, too much oregano! The esspresso coffee is awful. Nevertheless, when you feel like going to a stereotypical Italian restaurant- This is it! The chicken is dry, the shirmp over cooked and the pasta sticky. Maybe next time I'm invited to a banquet I'll play it safe and order a pizza, instead of the entree.

Good Shaghetti.
This a great place a special date. It's romantic and the food is good and tasty. The entertainment - soft music. Reservation is a must. The service is friendly but at times slow.
There's a large parking lot.

Cheeseiest Macaroni Around!. Their food is sooooo good especially if you like "Penne el Forno" that's the greatest! The food is served very hot and while allowing it to cool you can look around at the seasonal decor and listen to the nightly entertainer who takes requests for you on either piano or accordian... it's fun and the food is awesome.. so uhmn.. GO!
