EXTREME BAD SERVICE, BEWARE

I went there for electrolysis twice. The first time I had no problem setting up my appointment and everything went smooth. If you pay with credit card they charge an extra dollar but that was no big deal. The place was messy but I guess I didn't mind that too much because it was so cheap.

Anyway, the second time I scheduled an appt. the owner showed up late and then proceeded to say that she had no time for a 30 min appt and she could only do 15 min. today and 15 min another day. This would've cost me more money so I declined and instead re-scheduled for another day (I was very annoyed although I didn't show it). My 2nd session I paid cash and again, everything went pretty smooth.

I recently tried make a 3rd apptmt. I called the number and was sent to voicemail. I left a vm and expected for her to get back to me but a week went by and nothing. I called again a week later and she picked up but said she was busy and would call me back later. Three days have gone by and nothing.

Needless to say by now I've already gone to a different place that offers me way better service for the same price!

I'm sorry but if the owner doesn't want work and her clients to return I'm not going to beg.
