great nurses, nice hospital, sick er, bad experiences, good care, great place, rude b
Bad, worse and the worstest Hospital customer services.
I went in last week around 12:30 because I have chest pain. I waited till almost 5pm. During the 4 hours I was there I asked them when I would receive help because I had chest pain and my arm was numb. Their answer was they didn't know and that it could be several more hours because they had others waiting a head of me.
I went to my car to grab a sweater because it was really cold in the ER, when I got back they told me that since I left they took me out of the system and I would have to START ALL OVER. The new wait time would be at least another 5+ hours even though MY CHEST PAINS WHERE GETTING WORSE.
The "lady" at the counter had a really bad attitude and didn't seem to give a damn about me. I asked if I could leave to eat and they told me it didn't work that way, that I would have to start all over (Am I supposed to wait 9 hours without eating?)
Bottom line: I left the hospital feeling worse than when I had arrived. What kind of hospital treats someone like that who is having chest pains?!
My name is Vanessa and I am leaving this review so that the hospital staff can know that I was treated poorly and that I will be letting everyone I can know about my experience.
For Yelpers and all others, if you have a serious condition do not go here. If there is another hospital close by go there instead. Go to Whittier Pres. then
Great Hospital. As a former Montebello resident, my experience has always been well & efficient.
Suck Hospital with services from Nurses, Doctors and Staff..

I highly NOT recommend and Thank You.
Very positive attitude!!. I had my first borne at Beverly Hospital I was impressed with care I received in the Labor and Delivery Room and Post Partum all the nurses were very kind and knowledgeable. In particular with breast feeding education as I was having difficulty with this being my first. Everyone had a very positive attitude I could tell they love what they do.
Supportive. My nurses in Labor & Delivery were beautiful and caring, which meant a great deal to me being a first time mom. They were so supportive and kept hugging me reassuring me that everything was going to be all right.
Got me to relax and calm down. Just want to thank Beverly Hospital staff, especially nurse John. He was great, explained to me everything to what I can understand, and most of all he got me to relax and calm down. Doctors too, that helped me, did a great job.
Took care of us. Emergency Room nurse were excellent took care of us right away, really quick.
Nice, friendly and polite. They were very nice, friendly and polite to my mother and to us (her family).
Caring, compassionate, helpful.
The nurses were all caring, compassionate, helpful and truly professional. They
focused on the patient and his needs. My husband got the best care there on that floor.
