ptl is no good shop. ptl auto svc is there work is no good thay dont honor there warranty, thay lie to there customers. thay use used parts,thay charg you mor then what thay first tell you, thay messed up my transmission and took my money,the owner makes threats to you , thay dont know how to work on cars, thay dont give you a list of parts thay replaced when askd thay tell you,you dont need it, i had my svu in for a transmission rebuild on 3/11/2011 its worse now then before i have had it back 4 times now and now thay tell me thay dont have to fix it, and will not give me back my money, how can a place like this stay open. now i have to take them to court and sue them,this is not right or fare i have a 12month/12thousand mile warranty. its been 10 days no luck. my advice to every one stay away from ptl svc .
