Excellent Customer Service. I recommend Alba Rapid Tax & Services without reservation and here’s why:

I have been a client of Mr. Alba for about 25 years now. Alba Rapid Tax & Services handles my personal and business taxes, as well as having helped my wife navigate the complicated immigration paperwork process. Everything has been completed accurately and timely, even when I have come at the last minute in a panic. I cannot think of a more professional and conscientious company. Mr. Alba and his staff treat each client with respect, which is the reason why Alba Rapid Tax & Services has been around for so long. I recommend them for any and all of the services that they provide. I will forever be grateful to this company for their assistance in getting me through a particularly stressful negotiation with the IRS with their words of comfort and reassurance. They are simply the finest.

Do not ever do business with these people!!!!!. You have been warned! I just got off the phone with a fast talking tax guy at this office and I asked a couple of question regarding assistance with the IRS. He sounded like a used car salesman, and even that wouldn't have mattered if it weren't for what happened next. He quoted a high fee for services, and I mentioned that it was a little high. He went off and started talking about his experience in the business and was talking so fast, and for so long, that I thought I was on mute. He didn't let me say one word. When he was finished I asked if he could hear me, and he said I'm wasting his time and hung up on me. I tried calling back three time to find out this guy's name, but they hung up each time. The last time I even got a fax. The worst part is that I think it was actually the owner of the business. Stay away! You can't trust people like this.

Best Service!!. I was referred by my CPA to consultant with Mr. Alba regarding a notice I received from the IRS. I was very pleased and got a better outcome than I was hoping for. Yvette was one of the employee's assisting Mr. Alba. I am very grateful to Mr. Alba for having such an efficient staff. I appreciate everything done for me. I would highly recommend Alba Rapid Tax to anyone that has tax problems like I did.
