Love N Horror. I live in the San Fernando Valley and drive over an hour every year to shop at this place. Maybe all of you need a little extra love in your life so as not to be so bitter. I have been going to HC for YEARS! Halloween is my families "Christmas" We go all out! We make our annual trip to this great place the first week of October every year. Yesterday we spent 2 1/2 hours shopping for new props, costumes and party favors. We were assisted by at least 4 difference staff members; all of whom were very helpful and nice. A couple of props were not operating properly and the staff took their time to replace the batteries and fix any problems. The girl working on in the wig department spent 20 minutes helping me find the perfect snake wig for my 7 year old daughter's costume of Medusa. I think all of you need to take a chill pill and realize that the staff is there to assist hundreds and sometimes thousands of people who walk through their doors on a daily/weekly basis. Have your costume ideas in mind prior to visiting this store. They are there to point you in the right direction, not to play dress up with you or plan out your entire Halloween house decor. Get over yourself!

Worst Customer Service Ever!. I will never be back to this place. The employees are so rude. The Prices are extremely high too. I would recommend going to a Party City. Even though their selection might not be as big, you'll save lots of money. Many Party City stores have Halloween things year round too.

Not So Great. Halloween Club has a lot of Halloween stuff. It's bulging with it. But the people who own and run it have no love of Halloween. It's just a business to them. And they have no love of their customers. I have been treated poorly here on many occasions. I only come back because I love Halloween and sometimes need a fix during the off season. Expect a lot of props and costumes. Expect high prices. Expect rudeness and disinterest from the staff.

Wherever you go there you are!!!. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at the SFS Store. I have never had a negative experience with the staff or an out of stock moment. Especially at Halloween time I try to plan ahead of time and not wait until the last minute and hold "CSR" responsible for my own procrastination. Prices are reasonable and I always find what I'm looking for anytime of the year. I highly recommend this store !!!! Like I said "Wherever you go there you are", easy to please and thank you for the great service. Loyal Customer :)

Citysearch Editorial Review. Every day is Halloween at this enormous haunt that has everything you'll need for the spookiest of block parties. Aisles are packed with hundreds of costumes, party goods, scary music and awesome decorations. A curtained-off room stocks glow-in-the-dark accessories and makeup. Some delightfully gruesome props--severed hands, bloody torsos, coffins containing ghouls and full-sized skeletons--cover the far wall. Consider it the Home Depot of the country's most ghoulish holiday.

Worst Customer Service on EARTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. OMG!!! this store is the definition of ridiculous!!! They are rude and completely unhelpful. My husband and I tried to ask for help after asking about 10 employees where the glow-in-the-dark paint was located, Manager was rude and she was eating while telling me she didn't know where anything was.stupid staff members and managers Finally stopped going to that store after repeated run-in's with I recommend the Commerce store. At least you will be treated with respect.
