Great Customer Service. We own a Hot Springs Grandee which we purchased from another dealer. We have purchased some parts from Cal Home Spas and have found the sales people to be informed and friendly. They have also price-matched a lower price we found elsewhere.

Today, the owner spent much of the morning on the phone with us trying to troubleshoot and fix a problem we are currently having with the spa so that we could avoid the cost of a service call. Unfortunately, we weren?t successful, but the owner gets a 5 Star Rating for ?above and beyond? customer service (especially because another company will be performing the actual service).

We love our Spa. We moved to Long Beach 5 years ago from Torrance where we had a spa in our backyard that we enjoyed almost every night. Now, 5 years later California Home Spas & Patio fulfilled our dream to have a spa despite the small size of our patio which faces the marina walkway. Not only did they find us the perfect size for our needs, their installer Jeremy did a superb job of suggestions just how to landscape and set it all up. The entire process including removal of a planter, resurfacing the patio floor, construction, electric work, etc. took 5 days. We were amazed and so very pleased.

Totally Worth The Drive!!!. Okay, we wanted a spa and new outdoor furniture. My experience began when we walked into the store with no idea what we wanted. The showroom is HUGE! They had everything. We were greeted by the owner, Jeff who must have spent over an hour with us discussing options. We selected what we wanted, set up a delivery date and everything arrived as promised, in perfect condition and was professionally installed. Don't go anywhere else! We have already referred several of our friends!

The Best Spa company in So Cal. California Home Spa the the most helpful company to purchase a Spa, Patio sets, or BBQ equ.

Tom is a Great person to team with on selecting you spa or work on the layout and he is great on follow up.

I have had my spa for a year and the continues service level in the store or on the phone is the Best.

untrustworthy. I recently purchased a teak patio set from the above retailer. The salesperson told me that it included a sofa, love seat, coffee table and two end tables. A sofa and love seat were delivered to me. When I called to inform the salesperson of this oversight he stated that he did recall that the tables were included, however he would need to speak with the owner prior to delivering them. The other issue was that the couch cushions were dirty and the arms had some deep scratches in them. I'm not sure if the damage occured in the process of delivery or I just didn't notice it in the dark warehouse. The owner called me back the following day and informed me that I would not be receiving the tables and I knew the condition of the furniture when I purchased it. My interaction with him was extremely negative. He was surly, condescending and flat out called his salespeople liars. In fact, he expanded upon that and called ALL salespeople liars. Perhaps I am naive and too trusting, but I think people should honor their verbal contracts.
