I rented a tank for $13 at the Casino and when I was looking at my statement noticed that it came through as $16. When I looked back at the receipt, there is a place to add a tip which is what the guys there must have done on their own. $3 is not a big deal but I hate being ripped off!

We rented some equipment and took a dive tour with this company. It's not the best place to dive at least in May, but it was still a lot of fun and we enjoyed our tour.
