PERFECT PLACE TO SHOP!

Lakewood is the hands down the epitome of customer service. They took care of all my jewelry needs and they did it with a smile. I got me a beautiful wedding set from here. Along with the fantastic band they helped me picked out for my husband, I was extremely happy. I even got a free gift to make me feel even more beautiful on my wedding day. This group of people treat me like family. They know my kids and my grandkids. Very very thankful for this group of people who helped me have a fantastic wedding AND reestablish my credit!

To all of you who is reviewing this, just would like to recommend you to a best jewelers which is called Romano's. Ive been to every jewelery place you could ever think of, but this one something special about it that made me come to it over and over for the past 5 years, and guess what??? every time I get treated better than the previous visit. Every one is friendly in there and they really don't make you feel like you going to a retail store, but to home. You really got to check it out.

Been shopping at this store for years and bought a bunch of nice pieces.... My latest piece is a black and white diamond pendant. LOl.... My account can never go to zero balance cause I'm always adding somthing to it.

My fiance and I just purchased my ring from Romano's jewelers in Lakewood. We had been shopping around for a long time and knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. We got a great deal!! They had what i wanted and even let me modify the center diamond for a princess cut diamond for no extra charge! I will be recommending this store to everyone I know!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I have had a terrible experience with this jewelry store. My fiance bought me a pair of $1000 earrings here that appraised for $300; then I tried returning them and they told me they did not have a return policy, and I had 30 days to exchange them. We were able to find a pair of earrings that looked decent, and we exchanged them. I payed to make the earrings longer since my ear holes are kind of big(the earrings were big enough to NOT be pulled out from the back though). Anyways, I had the earrings for about 3 days when one of them fell out of my ear. I later found the screwn on backing in my car, and the earring about 10 mins later. It turned out that the backing they gave me was way too big for the earring, and I was able to push it halfway through the bar before actually screwing it on. I once again asked for my fiance's money back, and not only was I called neglegent for loosing the earring by one of the salesman, but the manager started blaming me for losing the earring and told me I must have not screwed it on correctly. He offered me a whole new settings, but I am terribly afraid of taking a risk with this company. Thanks to them I was almost out $1200, and I was the one who had to take responsibility for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JEWELRY STORE! YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR LOW QUALITY JEWELERY!!!!!!
