It's a "10" - Best Service (Treated Like Family) - Best Food. This fall, my wife and I made a trip to SOCAL to drop our twin son's off at College. I googled to find the "best" Italian Food. Raffaello Ristorante stood out in it's reviews. It's not one of those places that you would notice as you drive by. It's located in San Pedro but definitely worth the drive whever you come from. In fact, it was worth the drive from Oregon - more than 700 miles away. It was busy when we arrived. The Owner ("Tony") waited on us - instantly, he made us feel like family. We were treated by him and the rest of his staff as regulars. The food was AWESOME!!! We enjoyed our meal so much that we made it a point to bring our Twin son's there during a recent trip back to SOCAL. Tony remembered us from our trip (more than 1 month before - WOW) and informed us that he had twin sons too. This time, "Carmine" waited on us. Like "Tony" he treated us like family. I cannot say enough about this place - the service and food is Phenomenal!!! It is our favorite italian food in the U.S.! We plan on eating here many, many more times! It's definitely a "10" in our book. I cannot say enough about this place - It's the best!

Superb Italian food and service @ Raffaello Ristorante. Superb food and service. We arrived late, really late, and without reservations~ it was almost 9:30 pm and we were greeted very graciously. The entire staff is very attentive and friendly. There is so much food when they bring out the first course: roasted peppers and fresh aromatic bread. My son had the soup of the day, my daughter ordered spaghetti, and the adults age lasagna. It was the best lasagna I have ever had! It was layered with a delicate and tasty meat sauce. The lasagna pasta was not overly thick (as you might find in the boxed variety) and was cooked perfectly. We have lived in the area for a year and this was our first time in~ we will absolutely be back. We can't wait to try the rest of the selections.

Best Italian food!. Excellent food at reasonable prices. The staff is attentive and friendly. It can get noisy in the dining area, but the food is worth it!
