Good food Bad service. Food is good but the man that told me is the cashier, manager and owner is a total douche!!!! He was very rude over the phone and even worse in person. I called to find out what kind of pupusas they had because a friend of mine had ordered some before and they were delicious. Unfortunately this Jerkk said that he couldn't help me. I asked him just for a quick list but he began to recite the restaurant website and then hung up on me. I went online to check the wesite but the menu part reads: COMING SOON!!! I was so upset!! I ended up eating Jack in the box. The next day, i went to the restaurant hoping that man wouldn't be there but there he was with his unapporachable demeanor. He was still rude. I asked for a menu even though i was going for carry out, but he rudely replied "only for eating here". I can't believe this man!!! I called soon as i got home to complain but again he answered and told me that an order is more important than a customer inquiring about anything. He then began to cut me off at every word so i'm the one that ended up hanging up on him. I really like the food but every person i've talked to about this place warns me about this man. This restaurant has to do something about this him or they will not only lose customers but with this economy they will lose their business.

bad customer service!. first off, i went straight to the counter in the back and started ordering. then he asks me "to go right?", i said no i would like to eat here. then he got irritated and had to re-write everything on a different paper. its not my fault no one asked me when i walked in the place if i was for here or to go. then after me and my friend finish eating, i went to the counter to pay (keep in mind he never asks me cash or credit.) then when he gets the check he enter the info on the register. when he tells me the total i give him my credit card and then he give me this pied of face. i guess they have two separate registers, one for cash and one for credit cards. so the whole time he was trying to fix his mistake he had the worst attitude.

The food was alright. I only order pupusas de queso. It could have had more cheese. the curtido didn't have enough flavor. i might go back to this restaurant if i can't find another one. but as of right now, i'm going to keep on looking for another salvadorian resturaunt.
